Agency Partner at Snap

We are looking for an Agency Partner to join Team Snapchat! You'll build and manage relationships with agencies to help them expand their digital presences on Snapchat. Working from our New York, NY office, you'll need to be strategic, have great presentation and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.

What you’ll do:

  • Firmly establish Snapchat as a leading brand building and business driving platform in the eyes of all Agency constituents

  • Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point and thought leader for your Holding Company

  • Develop and deliver education & inspiration focused meetings that have an impact on multiple roles (media, digital, strategic planning) in the Agency

  • Deliver industry thought leadership and develop status as a trusted peer by executives at the leading agencies and brands in the US

  • Set strategic direction and Agency business plans, with defined timing and KPIs

  • Conduct periodic business reviews with leadership and important constituencies at each Holding Company

  • Understand our Agencies’ businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs

  • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of operating company (both traditional and digital media teams)

  • Manage and fulfill trading agreements with the Holding Company trading teams

  • Drive the Agency growth via a strategic focus on top accounts

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers

  • Track revenue performance across the Agency portfolio and determine corrective measures where needed

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study

  • 10+ years of marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts

  • Experience working with account contacts and growing revenue through the development of relationships

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role to advertising agencies

  • Understanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain language

  • Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation

  • Direct Agency management experience

  • Analytical and strategic planning background

  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
