Job Description:

MasterClass is looking for a HelpDesk Specialist to tackle end user issues and problems as they relate to systems, computer hardware, and infrastructure and conference room hardware. The HelpDesk Specialist will also be responsible for the oversight and provisioning of equipment for new employees as well as the reimaging and inventory of previously used hardware. This person will also be responsible for the day to day management of the help desk queue and escalate tickets and problems to the IT Infrastructure Engineer or IT Manager when necessary. We’re looking for a responsive, highly productive professional who is used to the fast and frenetic pace of Internet Startup Technology companies.

What we are Looking for / Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years experience within Information Technology with a focus on:
    • Mac & Windows Troubleshooting
    • Printer and Queuing troubleshooting
    • Inventory Management and Allocation
    • Zoom Conferencing Solutions
    • Jira Service Desk
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent problem solving skills and experience with end user troubleshooting
  4. An understanding of scripting languages a plus
  5. “Yes” Attitude: Experience in navigating high pressure encounters and last minute changes
  6. Maintaining detailed notes, documentation, and updates to staff and End Users
