We are now looking to grow our Solutions Consultant team by adding a trailblazer to direct and guide this incredible team of highly knowledgeable experts in all things related to configuring, using, and getting the customer live on Deputy.
You will define & improve the processes used by the Solutions Consulting team to continue our success through a period of exponential growth, mentoring your team to reach even greater heights. The successful candidate has a proven track record of building and developing technical teams and has worked extensively in the mid-market and enterprise technology space. The right candidate has the correct mix of business savvy, technical prowess and a hands-on leader.


    • Manage the team, including their performance targets, process & product training, career development, day-to-day mentoring, project staffing.
    • Monitor implementation project status to ensure that each project is on track, following configuration standards and delivery methodology, and meeting set deadlines
    • Improve the scalability & efficiency of our technical integration and configurations.
    • Enhance the relationship with key customers during project delivery and all first level Solution Consulting escalations during Services delivery
    • Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify revenue prospects and opportunities to increase our high value service impact.
    • Deliver improvements to operational effectiveness and service quality, identifying and closing gaps within existing processes


      • 2+ years of team management experience
      • 8 years professional services delivery experience in this field
      • Previous project management, consulting and/or solution consulting or similar role experience with a range of different size clients and engagements
      • Passion and experience in mentoring and developing team members
      • Exceptional relationship management, customer interaction, communication and rapport skills
      • Workforce management technology experience a plus
      • Ability to travel to customer sites
