Role Description

Dropbox Paper is a document editor purpose-built to empower teams to plan their work together. Its coordination & organization features have made it indispensable for a growing number of small businesses. As a best-of-breed tool, it brings Dropbox closer to our goal of enabling knowledge workers everywhere to work in the ways they prefer to.
This role will play a major part in driving adoption of Paper in large organizations of enterprise scale and complexity — both corporate and educational. This is an excellent opportunity to balance some of the skills usually only learned through working on more mature products with some of the speed of iteration & degrees of freedom that an early-stage product brings.
Dropbox is a unique product for growth because of its massive active user base combined with a subscription model. This is a chance to bring great new user experiences to over 500 million users and ultimately build on a revenue run rate of well over $1 billion.


  • You will drive the adoption and growth of Paper within large organizations
  • You will develop and share a deep understanding of Enterprise customer use-cases for Paper
  • You will leverage that understanding to drive prioritization and roadmap for new Paper capabilities
  • You will drive plans for strategic integrations with 3rd party solutions in support of Paper’s adoption
  • You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship new, impactful features, including preparing necessary technical specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking progress of in-flight projects
  • You will work closely with product marketing, customer success, sales, and customers to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
  • You will process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on Dropbox Paper usage to develop the right product experiences
  • You will build cross functional relationships and manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams


  • Proven experience building great software as a Product Manager or equivalent
  • Experience in working directly with customers in large organizations
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions
  • Deep understanding and empathy for users
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
