Destination Service Manager | Vail/Beaver Creek at Inspirato

The Destination Service Manager is a salaried role who will oversee the service and care standards for our Destination Concierge and Planner teams.  This field-based individual is a service oriented professional who is highly organized and can manage team members, partners, and service providers to ensure exceptional member experiences and relations with Inspirato members.  The individual must have a proven reputation in delivering excellent customer care as proven by customer relationship successes.   The candidate must be a team player who is able to manage relationships in the field as well as interact positively with all departments from Inspirato’s headquarters in Denver, Colorado.  
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute against a service budget, provided by their Destination Manager
  • Explain monthly variances of service-related budget items, to the Destination Manager
  • Routinely conduct on-site inspections and trainings with planners, partners, and service providers
  • Manage issue recovery efforts and service escalations
  • Facilitate a weekly destination call with Destination Manager to discuss members’ vacations, housekeeping performance, vendor performance, team performance and property repair and maintenance needs
  • Communicate proficiently and work effectively with Inspirato portfolio teams, and corporate departments, to create continuous improvement for each destination
  • Execute implementation of Inspirato business initiatives and standard operating procedures
  • Use member concerns to identify root cause and recommend solutions to continually improve service delivery
  • Assist with Destination Planning and Concierge work to ensure flawless member experience
  • Support destination emergency efforts for a 24/7 operation to ensure service recovery & communications
  • Formulate, implement, and execute plans that relay cost-saving ideas and efficiencies throughout the residences managed
  • Manage performance of 3rd party contractors including housekeeping and activity vendors; support collaboratively with Asset Manager for property management, service, and maintenance

  • Proven skills to manage expenses to budget and make sound financial decisions
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a reliable vehicle
Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in retail, hospitality management or business administration
  • 3-5 years of management experience; advantageous to have knowledge in hospitality, retail, private club management, or professional service operations
