The Growth team is responsible for keeping Deputy growing. We’re a mix of Developers, Marketers, Growth Hackers and Designers all focused on bringing Deputy to the world in the best way possible. Everything we do is oriented around our customers and how we can grow – fast.
 
THE ROLE
 
Deputy is growing fast, but we want to do more. We need someone to help us manage our Paid Digital channels, and ultimately coordinate and manage multi-channel campaigns across our whole ecosystem. This role requires flexibility and would be perfect for someone to refine their digital skills and become a true digital strategist.
 
Day-to-day you could be working on campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, or setting up longer term always-on programs. This is a global role, so you will be working with our teams in Australia, America and the UK to deliver relevant campaigns across Paid Digital.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Paid Digital: work with our (awesome) digital agency and internal stakeholders to analyse, improve and expand our Paid Digital campaigns. We need someone comfortable with analysing paid digital campaigns, ideally across Google Ads (AdWords & GDN), Facebook ads, Youtube Ads, Paid Marketplaces, etc.
    • Campaign Management: ultimately, as you grow in to the role we want someone who can work with our global and regional leadership to design and manage the delivery of multi-channel digital executions that drive growth across all our segments and geos.
    • Last, but importantly: improve and refine what we do! We love new ideas, to learn what we could do better, and to get experimental. We’re looking for someone who loves the data and can use it to come up with creative opportunities for growth.
    • Analysing campaign performances and take appropriate actions to continuously improve based on data.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT

    • 3-5+ years of paid media experience; Search / Display / Social / Video
    • 2+ years of experience in owned media / social media marketing / community management
    • MUST HAVE: Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud. In particular: Media Optimiser, Audience Manager and Analytics or Google Analytics.
    • Agency experience and/or inhouse operational
    • Strong analytical approach and capability.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically in Excel.
