Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Business Head of Personal Loans to develop, plan and execute key initiatives across functions.

  • Support shaping the overall long-term strategy for SoFi’s Personal Loans business, while ensuring that they seamlessly integrate with SoFi’s full suite of consumer products.

  • Take complete ownership of projects and initiatives, carefully managing business case, scope and risks

  • Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple high visibility, high impact projects and initiatives across the personal lending business

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Business Development, Risk Management, Finance, Operations and other functional teams on key projects, from ideation to implementation

  • Optimize the overall outcome for the SoFi member by balancing the risk and revenue tradeoffs with the Company's mission to serve our members

  • Develop and provide regular reporting on business performance and initiatives and ensure timely communication at senior level meetings

 

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of business experience leading cross functional teams in high degree of leadership maturity and successful track record in high growth dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with financial services, consumer business, technology in private and/or public companies

  • Ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives

  • A clear communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively

  • Inquisitive nature, attention to detail, diligence and a good attitude

  • Methodical, self-starter, hands-on

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
