Attentive was founded in 2016 by the co-founders of TapCommerce, a mobile marketing platform that was acquired by Twitter in 2014.
Attentive is looking for a Director of Sales to join our team. Your primary responsibly will be the management of our mid-market sales team, based in New York City. You'll work closely with the VP of Sales, Sales Operations Manager and the CEO, with a focus on increasing our mid market sales.
- Directly managing our mid-market account executive team selling to medium-sized businesses.
- Attending sales and customer meetings in order to coach our account executive team, increase our win-rate and provide feedback to our product and marketing teams.
- Work closely with our Director of Inside Sales and his team of sales development representatives to ensure smooth operations between our inside sales team and our mid-market sales team, generating meaningful quality leads.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of Enterprise Software sales, preferably in marketing software for ecommerce and retail companies
- Experience as a sales manager at a fast-growing company is preferred.
- Extremely comfortable in outside sales meetings and events
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset approach to managing your team and quota
