Attentive was founded in 2016 by the co-founders of TapCommerce, a mobile marketing platform that was acquired by Twitter in 2014.
 
Attentive is looking for a Director of Sales Ops to manage our overall sales and customer success operations.  

Responsibilities:

    • Define, Track, and Score our the important sales and customer success metrics of our SAAS business
    • Manage Salesforce.com, our CRM, and vet and administer related tools in our sales technology stack
    • Manage changes around new initiatives, systems changes, marketing campaigns in conjunction with our Engineering and Marketing teams

Skills & Qualifications

    • 4+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations or sales operations
    • Strong working experience with Salesforce required
    • Experience extracting data from large, complex databases
    • Strong experience with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets
    • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills
    • Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
