Director, Product Management at Tanium

The Basics:

As a Tanium Director, Product Management, you will drive the development, productization and go to market strategy for a portion of Tanium's security and systems management portfolio and you will be responsible for aligning priorities to the overall strategy to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with Tanium product development team to define product requirements
  • Identify and cultivate strategic client relationships and lead discussions on product feedback 
  • Lead and coordinate aspects of the strategy for your product(s) 
  • Assist in the development of sales and technical enablement materials
  • Attend sales training events to articulate the value of strategy for your product(s)
  • Attend marketing events and trade shows to demonstrate the value of your product(s)
  • Author thought leadership papers and solution briefs
  • May be required to travel up to 20% of the time

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Education
    • BS/BA, MA preferred
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years Enterprise Software experience
  • Other
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills preferred
  • Technology background, preferably with security and systems management products
  • Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, develop and launch successful software products
