As the Global Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in driving customer solutions strategy and aligning customer business strategies with our suite of solutions and offerings. Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers to drive significant, incremental revenue for our business and develop deeper, long-term relationships with our customers.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Conduct appropriate discovery questions with customers (in partnership with Sales) to understand their current well-being objectives and challenges and desired future states
  • Partner with a wide range of internal sales/marketing/product functions to develop thoughtful solutions to our customers’ well-being challenges 
  • Propose and pitch multi-program (and sometimes multi-year) solutions in partnership with Sales to drive significant, incremental business
  • Create compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide for a particular customer
  • Respond effectively to customer RFPs through clear written communication
  • Write SOW documents to outline partnership parameters
  • Prioritize a book of cross-vertical accounts based on customer readiness, budget, need; balance time spent between high touch strategic accounts and impacting the business at scale
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Thrive’s product offerings
 
Must Haves
  • BA / BS or equivalent work experience and 5+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Innovative messaging and presentation capabilities; ability to create/drive visual tools to sell/explain products and services in a compelling/ emotive way.
  • Experience with B2B sales and/or marketing required; experience with HR, learning tools, SaaS, and/or consulting services a plus
  • Experience managing multi-SKU businesses and packaging products in compelling ways for customers 
  • Strong time management skills, ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with project management and stakeholder management to meet aggressive deadlines
