Who We Are Looking For
  • A senior sales professional who consistently meets and strives to exceed quarterly and annual quota, selling across the total Thrive portfolio including SaaS, Enterprise Thriving Workshops, and Brand Partnerships (content lead advertising partnerships)
  • A consultative problem-solver specialized in selling large bespoke solutions to enterprise and advertising clients with a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit 
  • confident and eloquent communicator who has years of experience working with C-Suite contacts and leveraging access into deal making and building long term, sustainable business strategies and deals 
  • A skilled operator who can understand complex business challenges and turn them into impactful solutions, pipeline and deal flow 
  • team player who represents Thrive Global mission and corporate values internally and externally 
  • Someone who manages time and prioritizes effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations 
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible and has high energy to get work done
  • A passion for and desire to learn and speak about well-being, productivity, neuroscience, psychology, performance 

How You’ll Contribute
  • Strategically approach the C-Suite of Fortune 2000 companies and sell the entirety of Thrive’s behavior change solutions which include content, training and digital solutions to help customers achieve cultural transformation across their global businesses
  • Identify potential client opportunities from outbound activity and contacts to generate new business with multi-million dollar proposals
  • Create business plans to penetrate and maximize the opportunities within your accounts to develop a sustainable and recurring book of business 
  • Structure and manage complex negotiations to successfully close, deliver and develop long-term client relationships
  • Drive the creation and completion of marketing materials that are customized to a client’s business challenges and goals
  • Coordinate / functionally partner with various internal team members to drive executional excellence (strategy without execution has no value)

Must Haves
  • BA/BS degree 
  • 5-10 years of technology/media/corporate training sales to enterprise clients in the C-Suite
  • Experience closing $1M+ deals and renewing partnerships
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills
  • Ability/ openness to travel 
  • Experience using Salesforce and G-Suite preferred
