At Deputy, it is the goal of Sales Operations to play a key role in creating the ultimate user experience by leveraging the best process and technology possible.
As the Salesforce Lead Systems Administrator, it will be your responsibility to aide in the technical efforts of equipping our sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer experience teams by caring for and managing the core components of our revenue tech stack.
The ideal candidate will have system administration experience and a good understanding of the development lifecycle. These skills will enable you to play a key role in the development and innovation of custom internal systems that are integrated into the wider tech stack.


    • Salesforce Administration: Help own and develop Deputy’s global strategy for Salesforce administration, usage, and adoption.
    • Technical Solution Design: Partner with your fellow Sales Operations team members to build and test new processes and workflows based on the ever-evolving needs of the business..
    • Evaluation, procurement, and vision of the revenue tech stack: Identify gaps and overlaps in our technology and seek to lead improvements in this area of the organisation.
    • Tech Stack Ownership: Become an expert in the ancillary tools and platforms that are integrated to Deputy’s Salesforce.
    • Integration: Become a champion in the organisation and establish yourself as an authority on how the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, etc) fits into the greater data strategy of the global business.


    • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
    • 5 years plus of experience in system administration and or technical qualifications/certifications in systems administration activities.
    • Ability to manage large numbers of users across a variety of devices and configurations.
    • Proven ability to understand business processes and implement systems to enable such.
    • Able to implement and maintain CRM environments like Salesforce, marketing automation systems such as HubSpot, and are familiar with implementing similar tools and technologies
