What You’ll be Doing:

In this position, the Sales Operations Manager will establish metrics & strategies to ultimately drive overall sales growth. You will be responsible for providing support to the EMEA VP of Sales through analytics, process management, territory management & other activities to increase efficiency & productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key business partner to the EMEA sales leadership team
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
  • Implements and manages enabling technologies, including the company’s CRM
  • Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments
  • Builds and fosters close peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key personnel across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IS, and HR

 Qualifications

  • University degree from an accredited institution in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a similar business-related field of study
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in a fast-paced and highly-competitive environment
  • Proven experience acting as a business partner within a sales or similar organization
  • Possess an ability to analyze complex information and data, can translate these findings into actionable deliverables, strategies, targets, messages, and presentations
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal form
  • High level of experience with Salesforce.com, Clari, MS Office
