High-level Responsibilities

    Own the forecasting process for headcount planning, sales revenue and expense budgeting, and short- and long-range business planning initiatives
    Develop and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual business results tracking and key performance indicators including monthly reporting on forecast-to-actual variances
    Lead month-end meetings with individual department leaders to discuss financial performance, and incorporate business insight into rolling financial forecast.
    Manage, oversee, and execute cash and liquidity management and cashflow forecasting processes
    Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement closing process though ownership of core models and templates, and work with accounting personnel to ensure entries are booked timely and accurately
    Assist w/ corporate fundraising strategy and M&A opportunities
    Prepare timely and detailed reports financial reporting presentations to internal leadership and external investors on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    Conduct various ad-hoc analysis to assist w/ all departments (e.g. KPIs, media metrics, etc.)


    3-5 years of experience at a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    Experience building complex budgets involving SAAS contracts
    Three-Statement Modeling (P&L, Cashflow, Balance Sheet) experience.
    Cash flow forecasting experience.
    Proactive, effective problem-solver (identify issues and suggests solutions), and detail-oriented
    Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Netsuite), as well as Salesforce
    Recent series fundraising experience is a plus
    Excellent organizational and leadership skills; deadline-driven, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
    Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    BS/BA in finance, accounting or relevant field
