About This Role
The person in this role will be responsible for managing multiple branded creative projects from beginning to end. You're a calm, collected problem solver who loves working with creatives. You know every detail of cross-platform content campaigns — what it takes to make great videos, podcasts, editorial and social franchises, events, digital builds, etc. — and serve as the “go-to” for the internal teams and also, at times, the client. Your enthusiasm and organizational talent inspires and empowers your creative teams to execute amazing campaigns that wow both clients and internal stakeholders.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables
  • Define and track the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
  • Support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with client communications, defining the project vision and managing expectations
  • Play a dual role of client advocate and internal/Thrive brand advocate
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, tracking of deliverables, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Support CSMs to lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively set up the presentation of creative work
  • Clearly and quickly communicate roadblocks and propose solutions  

  • At least 2-4 years’ experience managing content formats including video, editorial, digital builds, podcasts, experiential, and social
  • Experience working with an interdisciplinary group of creatives, sales and marketing execs, and clients
  • Proficiency in G Suite, project management software (Airtable, Monday, Asana, Smartsheet)
  • Can create client-facing decks in Keynote 
  • Can roll with the punches and has a flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments 
  • Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Loves solving problems 
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly creative environment
  • Detail oriented but able to see the big picture
