Your Mission
As a Test Suite Sales Specialist, you will be our product, services, software or solution specialist, leading our sales pursuits in an assigned geographical area. You will collaborate with and support, as an overlay, to our Sales Executives to provide subject matter expertise on our new product, UiPath Test Suite, during the sales process. As our Sales Specialist, you will drive proactive campaigns to build Test Suite pipeline, use specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities across enterprise and strategic customers, system integrators, and OEMs. 

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

  • Proactively create and drive sales pipeline; seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline for Test Suite 
  • Maintain knowledge of Software Testing competitors in accounts to strategically position the company's product and services to enable the customer to achieve transformation through testing automation 
  • Build relationships and go-to-market plans with key system integrators, Test Suite partners, and OEMs. This would include co-creating and establishing system integrators and OEM business models with Test Suite metrics and value propositions 
  • Understand the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated and integrate this knowledge into consultative selling  
  • Leverage existing C level relationships in the software testing market with global accounts  
  • Provide support to Sales Executives and Sales Leaders in territory and provide input regarding business and deal development expertise, while ensuring seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities 
  • Development of quota objectives and future direction for Test Automation 
  • Establish a professional and consultative relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry and positioning the company as the preferred vendor for meeting all business needs 
  • Invest time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver sales 
  • Direct or coordinate supporting sales activities 

This is what you'll bring to our team:

    • Multiple years of experience with enterprise software (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle or similar) products / solutions, ideally in a pre-sales or technical consulting capacity, with expertise in Software Testing. 
    • Experience of selling software testing tools and services to application and development teams and understanding of DevOps, Agile development, and CI/CD concepts and tools 
    • Ability to learn fast, as well as to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment evident in a hyper-growth organization 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    • Nice to have: Demonstrated leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals 
    • Nice to have: Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customers and C-level customer interface 
    • Nice to have: Proven experience with program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure successful sales pursuits
