As a Technical Sourcer for our Product and Engineering team you will be key in helping develop strategic sourcing plans. You will be working with our teams to create diverse pipelines of candidates with the key skills our team needs. This role will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to proactively pipeline for various roles across the US.

- Support recruiters by identifying top tech talent through a variety of sources.
- Focus on an inclusive and diverse hiring pool.
- Work closely with the TA team and hiring managers to understand team functions, requirements of the roles, and how they fit into the larger Product and Engineering Org
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs.
- Build out process and initiatives using metrics and data.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices, both in the team and within the business.
This is what you will bring to UiPath:
- 4+ years of experience working within Talent Acquisition for a fast-paced technology driven company.
- Ability to engage with passive candidates through various techniques.
- You will screen and assess candidates for various positions, and vet potential skill level.
- Knowledge of DI partnerships, groups, networks, and strategies.
- Ability to screen/interview for technical competencies and values via phone screens.
- Skills in analyzing and organizing data and tracking metrics.
- Skills in organization, prioritization, and operating with a sense of urgency.
