We're currently seeking a Marketing Manager to further our growth and expansion in Europe. As an International Marketing Manager (DACH), you will work alongside the International Marketing Director and Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute region-centric marketing strategies throughout Europe to build brand awareness, aggressively grow sales, and establish WHOOP as the undisputed leader in human performance.
 
Reporting to the International Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will support all Marketing efforts relevant to the International expansion of WHOOP.

Responsibilities:

    • Execute on direction set by the International Director of Marketing towards the adaptation and localization of the WHOOP brand
    • Work closely with the International Director of Marketing and WHOOP digital marketing team to develop marketing campaigns to drive new member acquisition across Europe. Support a disciplined calendar of media investments and brand activation activities.
    • Act as a first point of contact for DACH marketing partnership opportunities. Support key partnerships to maximize WHOOP brand exposure and association across key channels.
    • Report on effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues at WHOOP HQ, acting as the ‘voice of the market’ for international markets.
    • Drive the localization project for WHOOP international across product, web and communications.

Qualifications:

    • German fluency a prerequisite
    • 4+ years of Marketing/business development experience 
    • Critical thinker with great problem solving abilities to identify areas of opportunity and improvement on a consistent basis.
    • Team player but works well independently to balance looking at the larger picture at hand with prioritization of day to day initiatives
    • Passion for sports and fitness strongly preferred
