Grammarly team members who will be collaborating at our Kyiv hub must be based in Ukraine.

As Grammarly grows quickly, there is a huge opportunity to revisit the systems, processes, and policies currently in place to ensure they will work effectively at scale. As People Operations Lead, you will review and update systems to support future growth and collaborate with the IT, Finance, GRC, and Security teams to implement the automation that will allow People Operations to stay effective, reduce manual routine work, and support the necessary level of reporting for certifications and compliance.

You’ll have an exciting opportunity to own the shaping of our People programs infrastructure and build programs to scale. You’ll harness your foundation in a range of People Operations focus areas (including compensation, benefits, mobility, and systems) and experience in managing effective People Operations teams.
