About the Opportunity

We are looking for a professional and skilled Content Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences for our technical sales audience. The goal is to shape our learning strategy helping to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities in an effective and appealing manner.  An emphasis on instructional design / content build tailored to a sales audience is a critical skill. 


What You’ll Accomplish

  • Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Working with sales and technical subject matter experts and identifying target audience’s training needs
  • Leverage clear end goals and create content that matches them; use instructional design principles
  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
  • Maintain content with in the LMS 
  • Help to administer the Sales Content Management System
  • Capture and package content following All-Hands presentations to summarize and communicate
  • Prepare and distribute the communication of  internal updates, new initiatives, and training schedules to sales team on behalf of the enablement team
  • Proactively monitor and run regular reports to measure effectiveness of enablement initiatives, such as new hire ramping metrics, on-demand curriculum, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven working experience sales enablement, instructional design and instructional technology
  • Hyper-organized with consistent attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc).
  • Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
  • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
