Papaya Global is looking for highly motivated finance professionals to join our Finance team and play a key role in our continued growth and achievement of operational excellence.
The FP&A analyst (Business Partner) will be a Tech Savvy, hands-on and will have a significant impact on the business by driving business goals in different areas of the growing business.
You will:
- Research and report insights on monthly financial results
- Obtain a deep understanding of the business and related strategy that when combined with the financial results, will allow the creation of predictive forecasts
- Build & maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, on-going tracking of actual vs. budget analysis
- Provide strong business partnership with key stakeholders in order to:
- Drive accountability and transparency
- Infuse financial insights and data into operational dashboards, KPIs, and decision-making process
- Prioritize investments, analyze data, determine return on investments and spend by establishing predictive models and use of historical information
- Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities
- Developing and maintaining financial and operational models and procedures to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment
- Implement and Admin of the planning tool.
- Review the monthly commission plan calculations for payroll
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting MBA a strong plus
- Min 2-3 years of experience as a FP&A in a High-Tech company, fast-paced environment, SAAS a plus.
- Tech Savvy
- Detail-oriented; willingness to roll up sleeves
- A results-oriented mindset and data-driven approach
- Self-motivated, proactive with a passion for creating order out of chaos
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details and problem-solving ability and understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and strong communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel and strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Netsuite, Priority) and BI tool.
- SQL a strong plus.
- Highly organized, multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations and dynamic environment
- Excellent English, written and verbal
