We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our learning strategy to establish scalable learning programs for our global workforce. This is a high-paced, highly collaborative position seeking a passionate and enthusiastic leader. Vast experience in planning and executing large-scale learning solutions with various interfaces is necessary to be successful. This role has overall responsibility for the implementation, management, and communication of the learning and development functions in support of the business goals of the organization.
You will:
- Manage a small team of L&D Partners
- Manage the end-to-end design and execution of Papaya Global learning strategy and solutions to support scaling up in hyper-growth.
- Manage the global training programs from needs assessment to execution at both the company level and the unit level.
- Support the design of new-hires orientation learning programs and materials (e-learning and F2F).
- Work closely with leaders to assess business learning needs and develop training materials that will bridge those learning gaps.
- Leverage the learning technologies available (Articulate 360 & Internal Hub) to provide repeatable and effective learning experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in managing learning programs at a large scale and in hyper-growth mode.
- Extensive proven experience in planning, executing, and leading large-scale learning solutions with a variety of interfaces.
- Passionate about learning and training, and constantly benchmarking and bringing new knowledge.
- Experience managing a team – an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with strong project/program management capabilities
- Proven experience in implementing training and learning plans for remote locations/teams
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with strong collaboration with various internal and external partners
- Experience in working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
